Mx PrioFHD Skin for Enigma2: Features, Setup & Download Guide

Mx PrioFHD is a custom, lightweight Full HD (1080p) user interface skin designed for Enigma2 satellite receivers (Vu+, Dreambox, Octagon, Zgemma, Gigablue). It replaces default menus, channel selection screens, and InfoBars with a high-contrast layout optimized for crisp typography, detailed CAID/ECM information, and smooth menu navigation without slowing down the receiver.

Fully compatible with Python 2 and Python 3 images (OpenATV 7.x, OpenBH, OpenPLi, EGAMI, PurE2, ViX, and Dreambox OS).

Quick Installation Guide

1.Upload Package to /tmp/ :

Transfers package to receiver memory.

Download the appropriate package format and upload the file to /tmp/ on your receiver via FTP (FileZilla or WinSCP).

 

2.Install via SSH / Terminal :

Executes skin installer script.

Connect via SSH/Telnet (PuTTY) and run:

• For IPK Images (OpenATV, OpenPLi, EGAMI, etc.):

opkg update
opkg install --force-overwrite /tmp/*.ipk

 

• For DEB Images (Dreambox OS):

dpkg -i /tmp/*.deb
apt-get install -f -y

 

3.Activate Skin & Restart GUI :

Applies new visual interface.

Go to Menu > Setup > Usage & GUI > Skin Setup, select Mx PrioFHD, press OK, and restart the user interface.
