CCcam v2.3.9 is an updated release of the classic card-sharing emulator softcam for Linux Enigma2 satellite receivers. Build 2.3.9 provides enhanced ECM response times, updated Long ECM handling, improved server auto-reconnect routines, and full compatibility with modern Python 2 and Python 3 firmware images.

Compatible with all major Enigma2 distributions including OpenATV, OpenPLi, BlackHole, OpenBH, EGAMI, VTi, and Dreambox OS.

Quick Installation & Setup Guide

1.Upload Config File :

Required for server authorization.

Transfer your CCcam.cfg file via FTP (FileZilla or WinSCP) to the /etc/ directory on your receiver.

2.Upload Package to /tmp/ :

Transfers plugin installer to system memory.

Upload the appropriate .ipk file (for Vu+, Zgemma, etc.) or .deb file (for Dreambox OS) to /tmp/.

3.Install via SSH Terminal :

Executes package installation.

Connect via SSH/Telnet (PuTTY) and run the installer command:

 

• For IPK Images:

opkg update
opkg install --force-overwrite /tmp/*.ipk

 

• For DEB Images (Dreambox):

dpkg -i /tmp/*.deb
apt-get install -f -y

 

4.Start CCcam 2.3.9 :Activates softcam service.

Go to Menu > Setup > Softcam / CI > Softcam Panel, select CCcam 2.3.9, and press Green (Start/Restart).
