Step-by-Step Flashing Guide (Rescue Mode)

Flashing PurE2 7.6 onto your Dreambox is performed via the browser-based Rescue Mode.

1.Enter Rescue Mode :Initiates web recovery interface.

Power off the Dreambox using the rear power switch. Touch and hold the front power sensor while turning the rear switch back ON. Release when the front LED changes color and the OLED display shows "Rescue Mode" along with an IP address.

2.Access Web Interface :

Establishes web connection.

Open a browser on your PC or phone (connected to the same local network) and enter the IP address displayed on your Dreambox screen.

3.Upload PurE2 7.6 Image :

Deploys the PurE2 firmware file.

Click Firmware Upload, choose your downloaded PurE2 7.6 .tar.xz file matching your receiver model, and click Go!.

4.Reboot Receiver :

Finalizes firmware installation.

Once the upload and flash process reaches 100%, click Reboot on the web page to start PurE2 7.6.
